Why Are Woman and People so Hypocritical regarding men wearing womans clothing?
Just like to know why its so wrong for a man to wear certain womans clothing for instance most spandex wear like i wear Bike shorts, Full length Tights, Leotards and once piece swimwear (normal and thong), Skirts and also i only wear womans panties. I cannot see the big issue apart from society thinking its wrong. It hurts nobody so i do not see the problem also why is that woman are allowed to wear mens clothing but not the other way round it seems very hypocritical. Yes I am bi sexual but does a man have to automatically be gay or bi to wear these items.
I know there will be stupid answers and abuse but would like to have some half decent and intelligent answers why woman can wear guys clothing but guys cant wear womans clothing pretty hypocritical i believe.
Good question. I think its just societies expectations of men to be `masculine` and when people see something that goes against what they think is “normal” they don’t always like it.
As for the women in male clothing thing; remember way back in the day when women were only allowed to wear skirts and dresses, and then they started to wear pants. At first it was frowned upon being “unlady like”, and “masculine” but they pushed through that and with the harder they pushed for rights and raised in society the more they pushed these boundaries. and now we can wear male anything.
So when it comes to men dressing in womens clothes I think that it can take the same course. You just have to break the whole “masculinity” barrier that holds society back as women did with the “proper lady” barrier.
