depends on your shoulder really.
I personally wont wear anything that shows my arms because I’m really self conscious about my stretch marks on my arm, its so gross. 
A lot of women do not like to show their arms because we all arent like Michelle Obama with her toned muscles.
The one shoulder may work for someone with nice arms that doesnt have any marks or anything. Or even if you have a cool tattoo that you wanna show off! It’d work even better if you have confidence! That’d make any outfit look ace!
