Bad Breath

Bad breath often is a symptom of a larger problem. Simply gargling with
mouthwash or popping a mint often only masks the problem and doesn't get to the
cause. The best advice is to assess what is causing your bad breath. Smoking and
drinking alcohol are common obvious causes. Other causes may be
gastrointestinal upset, medications, gum disease, infected or decayed teeth or a
respiratory tract infection.
If you have bad breath more than just occasionally, you don't smoke and your
doctor has ruled out an underlying medical or dental cause you should start by
brushing and flossing your teeth and scrubbing your tongue. Most people who
brushed their tongues and rinsed with mouth rinse after breakfast and before going
to bed reduced foul mouth odor.
Secondly, you can snack on a sprig of parsley, a home remedy that really
works.
